titanium carbide, 10-15 parts of nanometer
zirconium boride, 5-10 parts of silver
powder, 6-12 parts of trimethyl pentanediol, 5-10 parts of hydrated
magnesium silicate superfine
powder, 3-5 parts of dilinoleic acid, 2.5-4.5 parts of
ethylene bis(12-hydroxy)stearamide, 1-2 parts of stannous
pyrophosphate, 4-6 parts of poly-1,4-butylene
adipate glycol, 5-10 parts of glyceryl tribenzoate, 2-3 parts of
aluminium hydroxy distearate, 1-2 parts of ethlenethiourea, 1-2 parts of
octyl methoxycinnamate, 0.5-1 parts of octyl-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-hydrocinnamate, and 5-7 parts of an auxiliary agent. The cable sheath material is high in
thermal conductivity coefficient, good in
thermal stability, resistant to high temperature and resistant to
ageing, can still keep
extremely good electrical insulation property and mechanical properties after working at a high temperature condition for a long time, is not aged and deformed, has the advantages such as
corrosion resistance,
wear resistance,
fatigue resistance and the like, and is wide in application prospect.
