system and a
system. The
system comprises a testing
assembly, a
signal preprocessing module, a
signal analysis unit, a hardware generative unit and a
power module, wherein the testing
assembly is formed by a high-precision index head and multiple
accelerometer gauge outfits mounted on the high-precision index head, the
signal preprocessing module carries out preprocessing on acquisition signals, the signal analysis unit conducts identification on the testing
assembly and obtains parameters of a controller, and the hardware generative unit processes output signals of the testing assembly to achieve loop locking of a rebalance loop; the testing assembly, the signal preprocessing module and the signal analysis unit are sequentially connected; and the signal analysis unit is respectively connected with the hardware generative unit, the
accelerometer gauge outfits and the
power module. The method includes the steps of
conducting system identification on the multi-accelerometer intelligent parameter identification, matching and hardware generative system through acquisition of input and output data of the multiple accelerometer gauge outfits, obtaining
accurate estimation of mathematical models of the multiple accelerometer gauge outfits, and carrying out
verification on identification results through comparison of
simulation results and
test data. According to the system and the method, design and debugging processes of the controller are simplified, and measuring and control precision is improved.
