The invention discloses an ultrasound deep brain stimulation method and system. The ultrasound deep brain stimulation method comprises steps as follows: medical imaging is performed on the head of an animal or a human being, and image data are generated; a head three-dimensional digital model is established according to the image data; a three-dimensional digital model of an ultrasound transducer array is established according to structure, density and acoustic parameter information of the ultrasound transducer array; a first ultrasound emission sequence is generated according to the head three-dimensional digital model, the three-dimensional digital model of the ultrasound transducer array, structure, density and acoustic parameters of skull and brain tissue and the structure, density and acoustic parameter information of the ultrasound transducer array; the ultrasound transducer array is controlled to emit ultrasound waves according to the first ultrasound emission sequence, and ultrasound deep brain stimulation is implemented on to-be-stimulated brain nerve nuclei. With adoption of the method and the system, ultrasound can noninvasively penetrate through a skull and is concentrated in a deep brain area; by means of different ultrasound emission sequences, ultrasound nerve regulation can be realized, and an action mechanism can be researched.

The invention relates to a processing system of a CT image, which comprises a CT image acquiring module, an interesting region estimating module, a characteristic extracting module, an abnormal signal identifying module and a displaying module. The CT image acquiring module is used for acquiring a head CT image subjected to brain tissue segmentation; the interesting region estimating module is used for estimating an interesting region of subarachnoid space to the head CT image; the characteristic extracting module is used for extracting the characteristic to the head CT image subjected to the estimation of the interesting region to acquire a characteristic value; the abnormal signal identifying module is used for identifying whether an abnormal signal is included in the interesting region according to the characteristic value by using a method of mode identification; and the displaying module is used for displaying the identified result and the interesting region in which the abnormal signal exists. The invention also relates to a processing method of the CT image. The invention can display a position in which the abnormal signal exists, which is referred by medical staffs, so as to reduce misdiagnosis/missed diagnosis rate of the subarachnoid space hemorrhage.

The invention provides a diffusion tensor imaging white matter fiber clustering method. The method includes the steps of pre-processing original rsf magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data and the original diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) data, registering the pre-processed rsf MRI data into a DTI space, respectively conducting fiber tracking and brain tissue segmentation on the pre-processed DTI data, conducting fiber projection on white matter fiber which can not reach grey matter or exceed a grey matter surface in a white matter fiber obtained by DTI, then calculating functional similarities among the white matter fiber, obtaining a matrix of the similarities and clustering by adopting an affine spread clustering algorithm. Fiber bundle has functional independence, accuracy without need to relay on of a genetic linkage map and require complicated registration.
