The biomass fuel is renewable biomass fuel free of any harmful substance, which is prepared by mixing wood dust powder and an additive, wherein the additive is high clay having high viscosity and strong adsorptive power; and the biomass fuel is prepared by mixing the wood dust and the additive according to a ratio of 9:1. The high clay additive is beneficial to formation of wood dust particles, and the multiporous fiber-like structure of the high clay additive can adsorb tar in flue gas from a heating system in the biomass fuel processing course, thereby preventing the tar from being attached to a granulator and a chimney and further avoiding influencing the granulating effect. The preparation method comprises the following steps: polymerizing acrylonitrile, butadiene, an emulsifier, an electrolyte, mercaptan, an initiator, an activator and deionized water to obtain butyronitrile rubber latex; coagulating butyronitrile rubber latex, deionized water, an anti-aging agent, a polymeric flocculant, a coagulant and a separant to obtain powdered butyronitrile rubber slurry; centrifugally dewatering the powdered butyronitrile rubber slurry in a centrifugal machine until lowering the water content to be smaller than 40%; then feeding the wet slurry into a cyclone drying bed by a screw feeder, wherein the inlet temperature of a drying tower is 90-120 DEG C; and separating materials by a 16-mesh sieve and a 40-mesh sieve to obtain the powdered butyronitrile rubber with water content smaller than 1.0%. The method has the following advantages that (1) compared with inorganic salt, the polymeric flocculant is stronger in coagulation capability and lower in use amount; (2) the content of inorganic salt in waste water after coagulation is low, the waste water is simple to treat and the cost is low; (3) the worker labor intensity of salt preparation is lowered.

Sludge dewatering additive

The invention discloses a sludge dewatering additive. The sludge dewatering additive comprises raw materials with the weight ratios as follows: 20 to 70 parts of magnesium chloride, 30 to 80 parts of modified dolomite, 0 to 5 parts of calcium chloride, and 8 to 10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate. The sludge dewatering additive disclosed by the invention destroys cell water in sludge, so that after a large number of moisture contained in the cell water of the sludge is lost and the sludge is filter-pressed and then placed in a natural environment, the moisture in the cell water of the sludge can continuously evaporates; and after the sludge is naturally desiccated for 36 hours, the water content in the sludge can be reduced to around 10 percent, thereby providing a very good basis for reutilization of the sludge. Meanwhile, by using the sludge dewatering additive disclosed by the invention, heavy metal in the sludge can be solidified in the sludge, cannot be absorbed by plant roots, and cannot be diffused into soil and water. Therefore, the sludge dewatered by using the sludge dewatering additive disclosed by the invention cannot cause secondary pollution, and when the dewatered sludge is used as raw material of fertilizer, fuel or building material, secondary pollution cannot be caused.
