The present invention discloses a self-pressurized rotation filling
bed apparatus with a whole structured filler, and applications thereof. The rotation filling
bed apparatus comprises a power device and a
hypergravity rotation
bed, wherein the
hypergravity rotation bed comprises a housing, an upper cover and a rotor, an anti-
corrosion structured filler is arranged in the rotor, and the flow direction of gas in the rotation filling bed and the rotor
centrifugal force direction are the same. According to the present invention, with the application of the same direction of the gas-liquid flow and the rotor
centrifugal force, the rotor does work on the
gas phase while the outer edge of the rotor is provided with the blade for conveying the gas, such that the self-pressurization during the deep removing process of
sulfur dioxide in
tail gas is achieved, and the additional addition of the pressurization fan during the desulfurization process is avoided so as to overcome the pressure reducing problem of the desulfurization apparatus; the rotation filling bed desulfurization apparatus and the process have characteristics of low cost, high operating flexibility, small occupation area and the like, and are especially for deep removal of the
sulfur dioxide in the existing ship
tail gas; and compared with the
tower type desulfurization apparatus and the process, the desulfurization apparatus and the process of the present invention have the following
advantage that: the energy can be saved by 10-15%.
