The invention discloses a top coating for a coating layer of a double-sided coating white board as well as a preparation method and application thereof. As the top coating, the double-sided coating white board after being applied and coated by a coating machine not only is suitable for high-grade printing but also is suitable for vacuum forming. The top coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 50 parts of kaolin, 50 to 80 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 18 parts of latex and 25 to 35 parts of water. The top coating also contains the components of a dispersant, a lubricant, a water repellent agent, a bactericide, a pH regulator and a functional assistant of 0.6 to 3.0 parts by mass of PC4200 soybean protein. By adding the functional assistant, the closure property of the coating layer can be opened, the covering property of the coating is enhanced, the use quantity of wood pulp is reduced, the smoothness of finished paper is lowered, and the infiltration of vacuum forming oil is benefited. The coating is applied and coated on a paperboard by the coating machine, can enable the paperboard to have favorable printing ink acceptance, improves the covering property of a paper face greatly and has lower smoothness and roughness and favorable printing adaptability.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a graphene oxide modified waterborne polyurethane anti-corrosive emulsion, relating to the technical field of preparation of aqueous coatings. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing N,N-dimethylformamide, graphene oxide, a catalyst and glycidyl neocyanate to react to obtain modified graphene oxide; then mixing the graphene oxide, isophorone diisocyanate and polyadipic acid-1,4-butanediol ester, raising the temperature to 85 DEG Ca and then reducing the temperature to 60 DEG C; then adding dibutyltin dilaurate, 5-N-methyl pyrrolidone, epoxy resin, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and trimethylolpropane to react; adding triethylamine to react at the temperature of a reaction material of 60 DEG C; then adding deionized water at 60 DEG C to react; reducing the temperature to 40 DEG C; carrying out filtration; and taking the filtered object to obtain the graphene oxide modified waterborne polyurethane anti-corrosiveemulsion. The shielding capacity of a graphene oxide sheet layer can be further improved by means of hydrophobic effect formed by a long alkyl chain grafted to the surface of graphene oxide.

The grain drying machine shapes like a cuboid and is mainly composed of a preheating layer, air inlet layers, air exhaust layers, a material distributor and material discharge hoppers, a discharge device, air blowers, heat exchangers, water content instruments, etc. The drying machine is arranged from top to bottom as the follows: the vibration material distributor, the preheating layer, the air inlet layers, the air exhaust layers, drying layers, the air exhaust layers, the material discharge hoppers, material discharge mouths and a rock block material discharge quantity control device. The continuous drying method includes the following processing processes: a. uniform material distribution processing process; b, concurrent-flow and countercurrent-flow combined drying process; c, online control of drying medium working condition parameters; d, temperature control of the drying machine exhaust; and e, water content online control during the drying process of grains. The beneficial effects of the grain continuous drying machine are as follows: the grain dryer can adapt to different varieties of grain drying, material discharge mouths have relative large sectional area, and the grains are dried evenly and slowly. Thus the drying system can improve the drying device output and at the same time can improve the drying quality of grains and reduce the non-uniform degree of water content, which is beneficial to the continuous drying of grains.

The container may make use of a lid containing an opening covered by a mesh strainer allowing for easy removal of water during washing of seeds.
