The invention relates to a DC electrical source power system which is used for tilting converter accident and promoting oxygen sublance accident. The power system adopts an AC frequency conversion speed regulating device and is connected with a rectifier to convert the alternating current into direct current by a public DC bus; a plurality of inverters are hung under the DC bus and respectively drive motors connected with the inverters. A DC electrical source is connected with the DC bus of the inverters by a high-power diode. When the electrical source is normal, the DC electrical source does not discharge towards the DC bus; when the normal electrical source is in failure, the voltage of the DC bus is reduced to be lower than the design voltage of the DC electrical source, the diode is conducted, and the DC electrical source discharges towards the DC bus; when the voltage of the DC bus is maintained to be constant, the inverters still work normally, thus tilting converter accident and promoting oxygen sublance accident. The invention adopts the DC electrical source as a power source when the accidents happen, so as to simplify the mechanical design, lower the price and reduce the maintaining workload.

The invention relates to a device for improving working frequency of lamp pump laser amplifiers. The device comprises a plurality of lamp pump laser amplifiers, a fixed reflection mirror and a rotary reflection mirror, wherein the rotary reflection mirror is in light connection with the fixed reflection mirror by rotation; the rotary reflection mirror receives input light, and reflects the light to the fixed reflection mirror by rotation; the fixed reflection mirror is located in front of the lamp pump laser amplifiers; the fixed reflection mirror receives the reflected light from the rotary reflection mirror, and reflects the light to a corresponding lamp pump laser amplifier; and by the matching of the rotary reflection mirror and the fixed reflection mirror, the laser sequentially enters the plurality of lamp pump laser amplifiers so as to improve the working frequency. According to the device and method provided by the invention, the lamp pump laser amplifiers can be moved without complicated mechanical design and ponderous rotating wheel type devices like the traditional method, thus the mechanical design is simplified, mechanical devices are reduced, the occupied space of the integral device is small, and the cost is lowered due to reduction of mechanical material use.
