pile is casted by concrete, wherein each cubic meter concrete comprises raw materials with the following parts by weight, 280+-20 parts of
cement, 130+-10 parts of mixture of milling silica sand and
slag micro-
powder or
slag micro-
powder, 190+-20 parts of residual serum, 580+-50 parts of sand, 350+-50 parts of small stones, 1100+-100 parts of crud stones,
water reducer whose weigh is equal to 0.5-0.75% of whole parts by weight of
cement and milling silica sand, and appropriate amount of water, wherein the weight concentration of gelling material in the residual serum is 30-40%. The concrete tubular
pipe fully utilizes the residual serum which is produced in the tubular
pile production process, and effectively utilizes blast-furnace waste
slag which is produced in steel-
smelting industry, thereby obtaining excellent environment-friendly benefits, saving
cement usage, and reducing production cost. Concrete strength of the body of tubular pile reaches over C90 after tested.
