The invention provides a full-digital
intelligent control system for an electric actuating mechanism, belonging to the technical fields of intelligent instruments and meters and
motion control. The
control system is mainly used as a
core component for the electric actuating mechanism to realize control functions, and the electric actuating mechanism using the
control system can be used for controlling valves, strobes, air
doors and correlative fluid equipment. The
control system is provided with a
power module which converts a 380 VAC or 220 VAC source of power supply into an internal power source for a controller; phase sequence, temperature, torque and position detection modules detect the running state of the electric actuating mechanism and alarm; after a 32-bit main control
chip receives detected data, a
control signal is outputted after calculation so as to drive a
motor drive module, thereby realizing the purpose of controlling the action of an
electric motor; the control
system is provided with a man-
machine interface, and provides an interactive interface for a field operator and the controller; the
remote communication interface of the control
system provides multiple interfaces so that information can be exchanged with a
remote system; and the control system adopts the low-cost 32-bit
chip as a core control
chip, the in-built
software thereof realizes all the control functions of the system, and the
software of the system adopts a time
polling system and is divided into a three-layer structure including a driving layer, a middle layer and an
application layer. By adopting the design approach of hardware
modularity and
software structuralization, the invention simplifies the application flow of the control system in different electric actuating mechanisms; and by adopting the low-cost 32-bit chip, the invention greatly reduces the cost and improves the performance.
