system based on gas floating spilled
oil separation.The
system comprises an oil receiving
machine, an oil-water separation unit, a gas floating unit and a
waste oil bin.The gas floating unit is composed of a
buoy and a gas floating contact area, and the oil receiving
machine is provided with an overflow weir adjusting plate.The oil-water separation unit comprises an oil-water separation area, and a water inlet
pipe connector is arranged at the front end of the oil-water separation unit and connected with the oil receiving
machine.A gas floating release port is connected with an outlet of a multi-phase medium pump.The gas floating contact area is separated from the oil-water separation area through an inclined plate.An oil partition board and a water dividing plate are arranged on the rear middle section of the oil-water separation unit.The rear portion of the oil-water separation unit is provided with a
backflow water outlet connected with an inlet of the multi-phase medium pump.An
oil storage tank is arranged on the oil receiving machine.The oil-water separation unit is provided with an oil
discharge pipe and a drainage
pipe, and the
waste oil bin is connected with the oil
discharge pipe.The
system can increase the
oil content of recycled spilled oil, the
waste oil bin can be used to the largest extent, and when the system is used on a ship, the number of round trips of the ship is reduced, and oil recycling efficiency is improved.
