The preparation method of the self-stabilizing porous interbody fusion cage comprises the steps: firstly, arranging a plurality of fusion cages with gradient specifications; secondly, establishing a spine three-dimensional model, and obtaining parameters; thirdly, carrying out a pre-operation simulation operation, and simulating an evaluation effect; and fourthly, adopting 3D printing processing molding. The method has the advantage that personalized customization is performed according to the medical image data of the target cone segment of a patient.
