The invention provides a noise-reducing anticorrosion high- and low-voltage distributor housing and a production method thereof; the housing is made from polyacrylamide, epoxy resin, polyphenylene sulfide, fluoroether rubber, graphene, calcined kaolin, modified attapulgite clay, silicon nitride, carbon black, glass fiber, nano titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum triphosphate, a filling agent, and an antiaging agent. The production method comprises: subjecting polyacrylamide and epoxy resin to modification reaction with graphene, subjecting the reaction product to mixing with polyphenylene sulfide and fluoroether rubber, mixing well the mixture with the rest components, and hot-pressing the mixture in a mold for forming to obtain the housing. The housing of the invention has the advantages that noise by a distribution box can be effectively decreased, a silent comfortable living environment is provided for people, good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties are provided, and application safety of the distribution box is greatly improved.
