The water-gas pressure conversion working chamber and the fluid compression chambers convert various energy state fluid pressures into compressed air. The inlet and drainage fluid check ball valve and the piston resetting springs of the fluid compression chambers facilitate the fluid compression chambers to supply the fluids. Various energy structures capable of being additionally used and passively or actively accepting various energy state fluids expand the use range of the collector.
