The invention provides an apparatus and a method for
coal powder cyclone entrained flow gasification, and relates to a gasification furnace and a gasification method. In the prior art, a
nozzle of the traditional gasification furnace is easily subjected to overburning, a
residence time of dry
coal powder in the furnace is short, and liquid residue formed by
coal powder gasification does not stay on the wall surface. With the present invention, the problems in the prior are solved. According to the apparatus, a top
nozzle is arranged on the top of a furnace, a cavity between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder is a
water vapor nozzle, and four oxidation agent nozzles are uniformly distributed and arranged along the outer wall on the upper end of a cylindrical gasification chamber. According to the method, 1, pressure in the cylindrical gasification chamber is 3 Mpa, and an
operation temperature is 1500 DEG C; 2, dry coal powder is conveyed into a
hearth with a coal powder nozzle through N2 or CO2 carrying in a
direct current manner or a
cyclone manner, and
water vapor is conveyed into the
hearth with a
water vapor nozzle; and 3,
oxygen is conveyed into the
hearth concurrently through the four oxidation agent nozzles, and a layer of a
molten slag film is formed on the inner wall of the cylindrical gasification chamber, and is subjected to a gasification reduction reaction under a high temperature condition to generate synthesis gas so as to achieve coal powder
cyclone gasification. The apparatus and the method are applicable for
clean coal gasification.
