MnOx has high dispersity on the rutile TiO2 matrix. Therefore, the MnOx-TiO2 composite oxide can serve as the low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst and has high catalytic activity. The removing rate of NO can reach 100 mol% under the condition that the NO concentration is 800ppm, the reaction temperature is 160 DEG C and the space speed is 50,000 hours-1.
