A method for constructing network topology in wireless sense network includes the following steps: according to an amount of types of the sense terminal in the wireless sense network, configuring cluster heads with the same amount of types; assigning the cluster heads, according to a monitoring region scope, to different monitoring regions; periodically obtaining, by the cluster heads, sense information in the corresponding monitoring region, and determining whether a new sense terminal exists in the corresponding monitoring region; after determining joining a cluster managed by the cluster head, sending, by the new sense terminal, responsive information to the cluster head, requesting, by the cluster head, a central manage unit to adding the new sense terminal into the wireless sense network; adding, by the central manage unit, the new sense terminal to the wireless sense network; notifying, by the cluster head, that the new sense terminal has been added into the cluster, where the cluster head is, and added into the wireless sense network; and after obtaining the notification information, sending, by the new sense terminal, acknowledge information. The method of the present invention can dynamically manage the sense terminal, has a network topology structure with stable and high-efficient construction.
