The invention discloses a stone-plastic profile, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of
polyvinyl chloride, 50 to 100 parts of recycled material, 200 to 400 parts of dicyandiamide waste residue, 4 to 8 parts of
acrylic resin, 6 to 13 parts of stabilizer, 4 to 7 parts of
chlorinated polyethylene, 2 to 4.5 parts of external
lubricant and 2 to 4 parts of internal
lubricant. The stone-plastic profile is prepared through the steps of S1, pretreatment of the recycled material, S2, pretreatment of the dicyandiamide waste residue, S3, removal of impurities, S4, mixing of the raw materials and S5,
extrusion molding of the stone-plastic profile. According to the stone-plastic profile, the dicyandiamide waste residues are used for replacing
calcium carbonate to prepare the stone-plastic profile, so that the preparation method is simple and convenient, the production cost of the stone-plastic profile is reduced, a new thought is provided for treatment and recycling of the dicyandiamide waste residues, environmental
pollution is reduced, and land resource occupation is reduced.
