The invention relates to a method for rapidly identifying true and false pesticides based on portable differential Raman technology. The method adopts a portable differential Raman
system, uses two
wavelength light sources to detect samples, and comprises the following steps of firstly collecting two pieces of Raman
spectrogram data of commercially available pesticides detected by a double-
light source Raman
spectrometer with stable and tiny
wavelength difference, differentiating the two Raman spectra, and performing special
algorithm filtering on Raman characteristic signals generated by thedifferentiation to separate the differential signals from baseline deviation, thereby obtaining the differential characteristics of the
pesticide samples with eliminated interference of
fluorescence and the like; and finally comparing the differential characteristics with the
spectrogram characteristic peaks of
pesticide standard samples to realize the identification of true and false of commercially available
pesticide components. By adopting the double-
light source excited differential technology, the sample background interference is eliminated, and more detailed Raman characteristics of the sample are accurately extracted by performing characteristic filtering realization on the differential
spectrogram; and a characteristic
database and classification identification of the commercially available pesticides are established for the differential Raman characteristics. By using the differential technology, the accuracy and the sensitivity of the detection are greatly improved, the portable Raman
system for the detection on the commercially available pesticides is realized, and the detection can be completed without any pretreatment process; and the method is simple in operation, fast in detection speed, high in accuracy and has significance for the pesticide
quality safety control.
