The invention relates to a method for producing bricks and prefabricated parts used for a building and a civilian building by utilizing weeds,
crop straw and a
polyurethane foam
adhesive. The method comprises the following steps of:
processing raw materials:
cutting the weeds and
straw into segments with the length of 20-40cm by utilizing a
straw cutter, disorganizing the
weed and
crop straw segments by adopting a waste wheel
machine to eliminate stress, and
drying by adopting a
drying machine; mixing grass rubber: mixing in a glue mixer, then carrying out compression moulding, injecting rubber into a grass base by adopting a high-pressure pump so as to be subjected to
extrusion moulding, eliminating stress of the weeds and the
crop straw and spraying the
polyurethane foam
adhesive into the waste wheel
machine so as to be subjected to
impact moulding; performing mould pressing, extruding and
stamping, wherein
hot pressing is adopted; and postprocessing: naturally cooling, placing embedded parts in a rotating aperture manner or directly placing the embedded parts during mould pressing. The products have the advantages of good heat preservation,
energy conservation and earthquake-proof effects, strong antiflaming and
insect prevention effects and high compression resistance, bending resistance and
impact resistance. When the products are used for building a wall,
cement is used for smearing a wall surface to prevent grass bricks and prefabricated parts from being damaged, thus the aim of
fire protection is achieved.
