An MOCVD reactor such as a rotating disc reactor (10) is equipped with a gas injector head having diffusers (129) disposed between adjacent gas inlets. The diffusers taper in the downstream direction. The injector head desirably has inlets (117) for a first gas such as a metal alkyl disposed in radial rows which terminate radially inward from the reactor wall to minimize deposition of the reactants on the reactor wall. The present invention relates to a spray head for spreading liquid or semi-liquid products, preferably foodstuff. A product feeder (5) is provided to feed or convey a product (2) through a feed conduit (3) from a product container (4) to the spray head (1) and spraying nozzles (18) are provided to spread the product (2) when it is discharged from the spray head (1). The spray head (1) comprises three separate members, namely an upper coupling member (7), a lower coupling member (8) and a nozzle member (9) provided therebetween. The upper coupling member (7) is connected to the lower coupling member (8) and to the feed conduit (3). An aeroponic growing system, double T-shaped sprayer design and method for cultivating larger plant crops and increasing harvest frequency. The system comprises a series of aeroponic growing units, each of which supports a plant's roots within an enclosure. The enclosure houses a sprayer, an interior volume of plant nutrient solution and a plumbing system for accepting and distributing the aqueous water-nutrient solution. The internal sprayer is a double T-shaped mister that sprays an atomized mist directed from a first set of nozzles onto the plant roots, along with a second set of nozzles directed toward the base of the enclosure to aerate the interior volume of plant nutrient solution.
