Flexible circuit board and display device

The invention provides a flexible circuit board and a display device. The flexible circuit board comprises a substrate and a circuit element. The substrate has a functional area and at least two redundant areas on the two sides of the functional area respectively. The circuit element is arranged in the functional area for connecting signal lines and transmitting signals. The circuit element comprises a signal input end and a signal output end.
