The invention discloses a method for measuring a rare earth-doped double clad fiber absorption coefficient. In the method, measured fiber length is changed; the spectral difference of the measured fiber under pump light is acquired by utilizing a spectrometer difference method; and the absorption coefficient is obtained by calculating according to the spectrometer difference. The method realizes the accurate and direct measurement of the rare earth-doped double clad fiber absorption coefficient and solves the problems of complicated light path construction, comprehensive operation steps and low accuracy of a measuring result by adopting a simple operation method.

Multicolour light emitting diode lamp for use in plant cultivation, lighting device and plant cultivation method

In the field of LED lighting for use in plant cultivation, the dominant light source is a colour blend of red and blue light. However, because the luminescence intensity of red is weaker than that of blue, at present, the colour is adjusted by means of the number of lamps used. Thus, a small number of blue LEDs are interspersed among a large number of red LEDs, and the inability to make the blue illumination uniform presents a problem. Disclosed is a multicolour light emitting diode lamp wherein a blue LED and a balancing AlGaInP red LED, having a high light emission efficiency, are built-into the same package. The in-built red LED comprises a light emitting section containing a light emitting layer formed from the composition formula: (AlXGa1-X)YIn1-YP(0<=X<=1, 0<Y<=1). When a uniform current is applied, the red LED emits at least as many photons as the blue LED. In adapting the device for plant cultivation when a strong red light is desirable, the desired colour blend can be obtained with one lamp and it is possible to make the illumination of the light uniform, by installing two red LEDs and one blue LED in the device.

The apparatus is provided with a talkback door bell handset arranged in an outer box made of synthetic resin, a long rectangle outer shell made of synthetic resin with opening backside, and circumferential walls around the left and right and the upper side and the lower side formed by extending from the periphery of a front panel to the backside. A receiving part enclosed by the circumferential walls is formed at the lower part of the backside of the front panel, and the outer shell will not project from the circumferential walls to the backside at the status of being carried and clamped by a lower supporting part. A water drop removing eave, which is in hill type and projecting from the front panel to the backside, covers the talkback door bell handset received in the receiving part from the upside. Water discharge grooves are formed among the left end and the right end of the eave and the left side and the right side of the circumferential walls. A water discharge part formed by cutting a break on the circumferential walls is formed on the bottom side of the circumferential wall corresponding to the lower support part.
