In a method for forming a photoresist pattern, a method for forming a capacitor, and a capacitor manufactured using the same, a light is selectively irradiated onto a selected portion of a photoresist film formed on a substrate. An interfered light generated from the irradiated light is transmitted through other portions of the photoresist film except a ring-shaped portion of the photoresist film having a predetermined width along a boundary of the selected portion. The photoresist film is exposed using the interfered light and the light irradiated onto the selected portion. A cylindrical photoresist pattern having a minute width may be formed through developing the photoresist film. With the cylindrical pattern, the capacitor can be easily formed.

According to the standard capacitor installed by the separated type coaxial structure, the separated type structure is utilized, the low voltage electrode and the shield component are separated from a barrel wall, the change of capacitance caused by the deformation of the barrel wall is avoided, temperature coefficient and pressure coefficient are reduced, simultaneously, each part on the installing platform is positioned and processed along a central axis, the coaxiality of high and low voltage electrode assembly can be effectively guaranteed, and the voltage coefficient is reduced.

The invention discloses a high-pressure isolation annular core-through capacitor which comprises a step-type shield cover, an annular insulator, a core-through electrode and an annular dielectric medium filler, wherein the step-type shield cover is made of conducting materials and is used as an electrode of the annular core-through capacitor; the annular insulator is made of insulation epoxy resin and quartz powder; the core-through electrode is in the shape of hollow convex column and is used as the other electrode of the annular core-through capacitor; and the annular dielectric medium filler is made of high pressure resistant dielectric medium materials. Methods of fabricating an array capacitor

Methods of fabricating an array capacitor are disclosed, in which via structures of the array capacitor have increased uniformity in their transverse areas. One method involves perforating a capacitor body to form first holes extending from a first surface and partially through the capacitor body. The capacitor body may be further perforated to form second holes extending from a second opposed surface of the capacitor body. The second holes are to connect to the first holes to provide through holes extending across a thickness of the capacitor body. An appropriate conductive material may then be filled in the through holes to form via structures with increased uniformity in their transverse areas.
