The invention discloses a compound feed for adjusting the intestinal development of piglets. The compound feed comprises the components: 61-65 parts of corns, 15-20 parts of bean pulp, 3-6 parts of whey powder, 5-10 parts of fish meal, 1-3 parts of glucose, 0.1-0.5 part of an acidifying agent, 0.5-1 part of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5-1 part of limestone powder, 0.1-0.5 part of table salt, 0.1-0.5 part of L-lysine hydrochloride, 0.1-0.5 part of DL-methionine, 0.1-0.5 part of threonine, 1-4 parts of a piglet premix feed, 0.05-0.5 part of an aloe polysaccharide additive and 0.05-0.5 part of sodium butyrate. After weaned pigs are fed by the compound feed for four weeks, the influence of the feed formula to the development of intestinal microflora biota and intestine mucosa can be discussed. The results prove that in an experimental group, the quality of lactobacillus in the duodenum, the middle section of the jejunum and the ileum as well as the total quantity of aerobic bacteria in the middle section of the jejunum is remarkably increased, the villus heights of the duodenum, the middle section of the jejunum and all the sections of the ileum is remarkably increased, and the crypt depths of the duodenum, the middle section of the jejunum and the ileum is remarkably reduces. Therefore, after the aloe polysaccharide and the sodium butyrate with the appropriate proportion are added into the feed for the weaned pigs, the compound feed has the function of obviously improving the intestinal health, and the experimental group has the effect superior to a flavomycin group and a comparison group.
