turbine. The cabins of two sets of wind turbines are arranged in a back-to-back mode, wherein, one set of cabins which carry out motorized operation are the dragging wind turbines, and the other set of cabins which carry out the
electricity generating operation are the testing wind turbines. Energy provided by an
electric fence can provide
electric energy for the dragging wind
turbine by a current-variable cabinet by the side of dragging wind turbine, and the dragging wind turbine drives the testing wind turbine to rotate by a spindle and a coupler and provides needed torque for the testing wind turbine.
Electric energy produced by the testing wind turbine can be fed back to the dragging wind turbine by the current-variable cabinet. When the testing wind turbine runs under different operating
modes, the output characteristic of the testing wind turbine can be detected by a test
system. The invention adopts a double

electric energy. At the same time, the cabins of the two wind turbines are arranged in a back-to-back mode. The machinery fittings are simple and are easy and fast to install. Because of adopting
field bus control technology, the test device for a whole wind turbine has the advantages of high compatibility and expandability. At the same time, the test
system of the invention, which adopts a
virtual device technology, can test characteristic parameter output by the wind turbines on line.
