A near infra-red illuminator may be configured to provide a near infra-red illumination cone in the field of view of the camera. The near infrared illumination oscillates with an illumination period. A synchronization mechanism may be configured to synchronize the illumination period to the frame period of the rolling shutter. The frame period may be selected so that the synchronization mechanism provides a spatial profile of the near infra-red illumination cone which may be substantially aligned vertically to a specific region, e.g. near the center of the image frame.

The system comprises: at least two near-infrared cameras, a calculation module, a position determining module, and a display module. The at least two near-infrared cameras are used to respectively acquire images of near-infrared illuminating marked points on a surgical instrument and dynamic reference in asurgery process. The surgical instrument and the dynamic reference are respectively provided with at least three near-infrared illuminating marked points. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, cheap and nontoxic precursor material is adopted and is synthesized into the quaternary ZnCuInS3 quantum dot with the high fluorescence with a simple thermal injection method, wherein the wavelength of the quaternary ZnCuInS3 quantum dot is 825nm, the quaternary ZnCuInS3 quantum dot can carry out near-infrared luminescence, and the fluorescence quantum dot productivity of the quaternary ZnCuInS3 quantum dot is 55-64%. A foundation is laid for applying the quantum dot to living body bioimaging.

For the nanometer crystal in the monodisperse nucleocapsid structure with the near infrared luminescence is in a hexagonal phase structure, the luminescence center is free from the influence of high energy groups, the lower conversion luminescence efficiency and the luminous intensity are effectively improved, and the fluoride nanometer crystal is extremely suitable for the wideband optical amplification.

Rare earth doped near-infrared luminescent glass and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a kind of rare earth doped near-infrared luminescent glass and a preparation method thereof. The luminescent glass is composed of the following components in mole ratio: 45 parts of SiO2, 10 parts of Al2O3, 15 parts of Na2O, 30 parts of ZnF2, and 0.5 part of RE2O3 or 45 parts of SiO2, a parts of Al2O3, b parts of MO, 30 parts of MF2, and 0.5 part of RE2O3, wherein a refers to the mole fraction of Al2O3, b refers to the mole fraction of MO, a+b=25, a is greater than or equal to 6 and less than or equal to 15, b is greater than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 19, MO refers to alkaline earth metal oxide, MF2 refers to alkaline earth metal fluoride, and RE2O3 refers to rare earth oxide. The glass disclosed by the invention is prepared by using a molten cooling method, and selected raw materials are non-toxic, environment-friendly, and low in cost; the rare earth doped glass can emit near-infrared light at multiple wave bands, and in the process of emitting, two-step even three-step continuous near-infrared radiation exists; the luminescent quantum efficiency is expected to be greater than 100%. The glass can be used for preparing near infrared optical fiber materials.
