The invention relates to a
microwave application
system of a remotely monitored LCC
resonant converter, and belongs to the technical field of
microwave application devices. The
microwave application
system comprises mainly an input
rectifier filter circuit, a half-bridge LLC filament power supply circuit, an LCC
resonant converter main circuit, RS-485
communication circuits, and the like; through two RS-485 buses, the microwave application
system on the one hand receives data and commands from the host computer and executes, on the other hand reads various electric parameters measured by the electrical parameter measurement module, to achieve the
remote control; using the half-bridge LLC filament power supply circuit, the microwave application system achieves the
direct current power supply of the filament. The microwave application system adopts
the Internet of things technology using the
microprocessor as the core, to achieve the remote monitoring of the microwave application devices, the operator can not only be far away from the microwave, but also simultaneously control more than one microwave application devices; through the mechanism of combining the LLC soft-switch technology with the synchronous rectification technology, the
electronics issued by the magnetron
cathode are more uniform, and the
system stability of the microwave application devices is enhanced.
