The invention relates to a source impedance stable network, which is used as a standard load for transmitting electromagnetic interference measurement. Compared with the conventional source impedance stable network, the source impedance stable network is characterized in that a 50-ohm standard load is removed from the source impedance stable network and is replaced by a coupling circuit of which the equivalent input impedance is 50 ohms. The improved source impedance stable network does not measure the electromagnetic interference of a live wire or a zero line independently, but proceeds from the definitions of common-mode interference and differential mode interference, uses the coupling circuit to obtain the common-mode interference and the differential mode interference at the same time on the basis of detecting interference signals of the live wire and the zero line at the same time.
