Disclosed are a

stock solution and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: (1) squeezing, which comprises squeezing
camellia oleifera seeds to obtain
camellia japonica seed dregs; (2) leaching, which comprises extracting the
camellia japonica seed dregs obtained from the step (1) with a
solvent to obtain deoiled camellia
japonica seed dregs; (3) pulverization, which comprises pulverizing the deoiled camellia
japonica seed dregs obtained from the step (2), and sieving the pulverized deoiled camellia
japonica seed dregs to obtain camellia japonica seed
powder; (4) cold extraction, which comprises mixing the camellia japonica seed
powder obtained from the step (3) with deionized water according to a ratio, performing supersonic wave stirring, and performing filtering to obtain a filtrate; (5)
chromatography, which comprises adjusting pH of the filtrate obtained from the step (4), and performing
chromatography filtration to obtain a
stock solution; and (6) refining, which comprises adjusting pH of the
stock solution obtained from the step (5), and performing
filtration to obtain a clarified camellia japonica seed cleaning stock solution. The preparation method allows an ancient method of extracting tea
saponin from camellia japonica seeds to be achieved, and retains contained beneficial substances, such as tea
saponin and tea
polysaccharide. The stock solution is totally desensitized and can be widely applied to the
cosmetics market.
