Additionally, the present invention relates to a method for producing lactic acid bacteria powder by freeze drying the bacteria produced in the membrane bioreactor using a freeze drying preservative composition. The lactic acid bacteria obtained through the membrane bioreactor is obtained in pellet form with a centrifugal separator, and is subjected to freeze-drying using the composition for freeze drying preservative containing certain amounts of trehalose, maltodextrin, starch and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose to form lactic acid powder. The lactic acid bacteria that have been converted into powder by such method exhibit superior stability chemically and physically compared to lactic acid bacteria powder that has been subjected to simple freeze drying.
