The invention discloses a preparation method and an application for an oral solution containing Panax
ginseng,
Codonopsis pilosula, radix scrophulariae, radix
ginseng Rubra, radix salviae miltiorrhizae and
astragalus membranaceus. The preparation method for porcine
protein-free serum comprises the following steps: taking pig blood for
anticoagulation treatment and denaturation treatment, and collecting a first filtrate; concentrating the first filtrate so as to obtain a first concentrate, carrying out centrifuging, allowing a supernate to flowing into a column mixing
bed, collecting an
effluent liquid, and carrying out filtering so as to obtain a second filtrate; allowing the second filtrate to flow through an
ultrafiltration column, and collecting a permeate; and concentrating the permeate so as to obtain a second concentrate, adding medicinal
active carbon, carrying out adsorption treatment, carrying out heating to 80 DEG C, carrying out filtering, blending the filtrate, filling thefiltrate into an oral liquid
bottle, carrying out sealing and sterilizing, and carrying out storing in a shade place. The porcine
protein-free serum obtained by using the preparation method provided by the invention reaches a
dry matter content and a
trace element content respectively up to 75.1% and 0.092%, and has trace elements with a content higher than the
average level of the trace elementscontained in human serum. The porcine
protein-free serum provided by the invention is used for preparing the oral solution containing Panax
ginseng,
Codonopsis pilosula, radix scrophulariae, radix ginseng Rubra, radix salviae miltiorrhizae and
astragalus membranaceus, and has obvious treatment effects on gastric ulcer and
duodenal ulcer.
