The invention provides a nano layer lubrication diamond grinding wheel grinding method based on a shock wave cavitation effect. The method is characterized in that after an air pressure adjusting valve is opened, shock waves generated by an accelerating tube push nano particles to move forwards, and then the nano particles are accelerated by a small laval tube to obtain a high initial speed; meanwhile, a wave source of a shock wave accelerating module generates high-frequency and high-strength shock waves to impact the nano particles with the initial speed, so that the nano particles are continuously accelerated downwards in the axial direction of a large laval tube until the nano particles are embedded into the surface of a grinding wheel at the highest speed to form a nano layer; the other wave source is used for cleaning impurities on the surface of the grinding wheel; and in the machining process, the nano particles of the nano layer are autonomously released in a grinding core area, so that self-lubricating cooling in a grinding area is achieved. The method greatly enhances the lubricating cooling effect, and also conforms to the concept of green development.

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anti-infrared high-energy heat-insulation goggles lens. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, drying PC or PA; uniformly mixing 8-15 kg of PC or PA with 8-13 g of nano-scale metal oxide and 2-7 g of a dispersing agent; forming a strip-shaped material from the mixed material; forming a cylindrical anti-infrared master batch from the strip-shaped material; drying PC or PA plastic grains; matching the prepared anti-infrared master batch and dried PC or PA plastic grains according to the proportion that 0.1-0.5 kg of master batch corresponds to 1 kg of plastic grains, and uniformly stirring; and forming the anti-infrared high-energy heat-insulation goggle lens from the stirred mixed material. According to the invention, the manufacturing method is simple, the cost is lower, the color is more stable and uniform, and the product quality is improved; and detection results show that the light transmittance of a 780-2000 nm infrared region reaches 8.69%, namely, the blocking rate is 91.31%, the visible light perspective rate reaches 78.43%, the haze reaches 0.8%, and the product has the advantages of preventing near infrared rays from irradiating eyes, insulating heat, protecting the skin around the eyes, slowing down aging and reducing the occurrence probability of cataract.

The invention relates to the application of polytetrafluoroethylene material as manufacturing lining in high-purity arsenic production equipment. Through a large amount of experimental study, the applicant uses polytetrafluoroethylene with the purity of over 99.99 percent and the thickness between 0.2 and 10 millimeters as lining, can effectively overcome huge disadvantages existing in the field, and achieves success in using the lining for the industrialized production of high-purity arsenic. The invention has the following advantages that: 1, the polytetrafluoroethylene lining with the purity of over 99.99 percent and the thickness between 0.2 and 10 millimeters can be used for long-term uninterrupted arsenic trichloride-resistant corrosion at a high temperature of 150 DEG C with no cracking or leakage; 2, the polytetrafluoroethylene cannot be carbonized and is extremely limited in pollution to high-purity arsenic products; 3, product quality can absolutely be guaranteed; and 4, large-volume reactors can be manufactured to realize the industrialized production of high-purity arsenic by the method. Experiment proves that the purity of high-purity arsenic products produced by use of the lining of the invention can reach 7N (namely 99.99999 percent).

The method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing polyaromatic hydrocarbon with a catalyst to obtain a solid-phase mixture; step 2, enabling the polyaromatic hydrocarbon and catalyst solid-phase mixture to react under the action of microwaves, wherein in step 1, a weight ratio of the polyaromatic hydrocarbon to the catalyst is 1:(30 to 70), preferably 1:(40 to 60), and more preferably 1: 50; the catalyst is sodium bismuthate; in step 2, the reaction is performed under the action of microwaves at the power of 650 to 750 W, preferably the reaction is performed under the action of microwaves at the power of 680 to 720 W, and more preferably the reaction is performed under the action of microwaves at the power of 700 W; the reaction is performed under the action of microwaves for 8 to 12 minutes, preferably for 9 to 11 minutes, and more preferably for 10 minutes. The method disclosed bythe invention belongs to solid-phase reaction, and no fluid participates in the reaction; the steps are simple, and the energy consumption is reduced.
