pipe mixer through the lift pump; another water outlet
branch of the
sewage lift pump is connected with a dosing agitation tank, and a fluid outlet of the dosing agitation tank is communicated with the
pipe mixer through a dosing pump; an outlet of the
pipe mixer is communicated with a fluid inlet of an inclined-tube flocculating
settling device, a clear water outlet of the inclined-tube flocculating
settling device is communicated with a clear water bin through a clear water pump, and a sewage outlet of the inclined-tube flocculating
settling device is communicated with a
sludge pool through a
sludge pump. The inclined-tube oil removal and sand setting device can achieve oil and sand removal functions; the dosing agitation tank, the pipe mixer, the inclined-tube flocculating settling device and the like can achieve a suspended
solid removal function. By adopting the structure, continuous and online treatment operation can be realized so as to meet the
continuous operation requirements of
oil well fracturing.
