overlay in turn. Diseases caused by a semi-rigid base are prevented by changing a pavement structure, and the service life of a road is prolonged. The invention also relates to a construction process for the pavement maintained by adopting the cold regeneration technology, which mainly comprises the following steps: milling on-site pavement, adjusting
gradation, preparing a foamed asphalt cold regeneration mixture, paving on-site, rolling, distributing the stress absorbing layer, and paving the single-layer modified
asphalt concrete overlay. The pavement and the method adopt the foamed asphalt cold regeneration technology, thereby realizing recycling an asphalt surface course recycling material and a
cement stabilized base recycling material, solving the
pollution problem caused by a great amount of discarded pavement materials, saving resources, reducing economic investment, and having good economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and promotion and application value.
