When fluid in the fluid channel flows, the flexible film is bent outwards under pressure, and due to the increase of the bending loss of the micro-nano optical fiber, an output light intensity signal is reduced accordingly, so that flow velocity sensing is realized. According to the invention, multi-point flow velocity detection can be realized, flow velocity detection can be carried out on an existing micro-fluidic chip, and high-sensitivity flow velocity sensing is realized.
