The invention discloses a compacting grouting and reinforcing technology for floor foundation of
fly ash soil layer and backfilled stone layer in
smelting workshop, comprising the following steps of (1) measuring hole positions: measuring hole positions and marking hole positions; (2) inserting pipes: adopting
metal pipes with a plug for grouting pipes, configuring the total number of the grouting pipes needed by a
single hole according to the designed hole depth; aligning the first section of grouting
pipe with the installed plug to the hole position; installing a vibrator and leading the grouting
pipe to be vibrated into the soil slowly; subsequently jointing a second section by a movable hoop and vibrating the second section into the soil; repeatedly carrying out the steps till all prepared grouting pipes are inserted; (3) preparing
grout: adopting
cement as a main material to prepare the
grout by adding water, with the water-
cement ratio controlled within 0.5:1-1:1; and (4) grouting: grouting from bottom to top; leading the
pipe pulling height
not to exceed 0.4m; ensuring uniform grouting at the grouting section and controlling the grouting amount within 15-20% per cube meter of the reinforced
soil volume. The compacting grouting and reinforcing technology can be conveniently executed under the disadvantageous environments of crossed construction of multi-
specialty and multi-type of work and extremely strained construction lands, and meets the requirement of working procedure interpenetration during the floor foundation construction inside the
smelting workshop under the geometrical conditions of
fly ash soil layer and backfilled stone layer.
