The invention relates to the technical field of
mixed gas separation, in particular to a method and a device for separating combined
oxygen and
nitrogen absorbed together by temperature change. The device comprises at least two absorption towers filled with absorbent, a heating and heat exchange device which heats and cools the absorbent in the absorption towers, pipelines supplying
raw material gas to each absorption
tower, a pipeline taking out the
product gas from each absorption
tower, a pipeline for recycling and exchange of gas components and energy between the absorption towers so as to transfer the gas
kinetic energy and heat of the absorption
tower which absorbs saturatedly to the other absorption tower, an
oxygen and
nitrogen product gas cushion tank, washing pipelines introducing the
oxygen product gas to the feeding end of each absorption tower, and washing pipelines for introducing the
nitrogen gas product to the discharging end of each absorption tower. The separating method provided by the invention can obtain two kinds of high-purity products, namely oxygen and nitrogen, at the same time by adopting a single absorption and separating process, and therefore meets the requirement of astronauts on the
aerospace oxygen. The device
system can be integrated highly, and the size and weight of the device
system meet the requirements of the future
aerospace craft on oxygen and nitrogen extraction development and the requirements of the onboard equipment.
