nutrient substances caused by high-temperature cooking in the eating process, and achieving the ready-to-eat effect. Moreover, multi-stage
drying combines with
air drying and
microwave drying in the drying process. The
drying time and temperature in all steps are controlled in the multi-stage drying process, thereby improving drying efficiency, and the drying temperature is strictly controlled to prevent
nutrient substances from being damaged at high temperature. Through the process of drying, rehydrating and drying again, the oil stripping process in later stage is also simplified. Finally,
microwave vacuum drying is adopted. In the
microwave vacuum drying, water migration and
diffusion are promoted through concentration difference. Steam and liquid are driven to be directly discharged through pressure and
temperature difference. The production method of
rana japonica oil achieves fast drying, remains original
