The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly rotary drum dryer. The energy-saving and environment-friendly rotary drum dryer comprises a rack, wherein a thermal dehydration part and a constant-temperature dehydration part are rotationally mounted on the rack; a first rotary driving mechanism and a second rotary driving mechanism are mounted on the rack; an upper drum feeding part is mounted at one end of the thermal dehydration part; an upper drum guiding part is mounted at the other end of the thermal dehydration part; a lower drum feeding part is mounted at one end of the constant-temperature dehydration part and positioned below the upper cylinder guiding part; a discharging part is mounted at the other end of the constant-temperature dehydration part; a heat source is part is connected to the upper drum guiding part; a waste-heat utilization part is connected to the upper drum feeding part; and an exhaust collection part is connected to the lower drum feeding part. The energy-saving and environment-friendly rotary drum dryer utilizes renewable biogas as a fuel to heat up air so as to finish dehydration, sterilization, trace carbonization and drying treatment of kitchen waste, and therefore, solves the problems that a conventional kitchen waste disposal method causes much pollution and hazards to the environment, is incomplete in disposal, demands much on equipment and environment, and is high in energy consumption and low in output.

Thermal compensation type injection reaction system

The invention relates to a thermal compensation type jet reaction system which comprises a jet reactor, a working fluid and a driving fluid; the jet reactor comprises a device body and a nozzle, the device body is provided with a driving fluid inlet and a reactor outlet, the working fluid is jetted into the device body through the nozzle, and the driving fluid enters the device body through the driving fluid inlet; then the working fluid and the driving fluid are mixed under the action of jet entrainment and undergo an exothermic chemical reaction, wherein at least one of the working fluid andthe driving fluid undergoes a gasification process and gasification latent heat required by the gasification process is compensated by reaction heat of the exothermic chemical reaction; finally, thegasified and reacted materials are discharged from an outlet of the reactor. Through energy matching of phase change heat and reaction heat, system temperature rise caused by reaction heat release isreduced or avoided, optimal reaction temperature distribution is obtained, reaction effects such as reaction efficiency improvement, side reaction reduction and product yield improvement are improved,in-situ utilization of the reaction heat can be realized, and energy waste is avoided.
