The invention relates to a conglomeration and flotation-sink treatment device for
sewage produced in oil fields, which consists of a tank, a water inlet section A, a conglomeration and air-flotation section B, a
drug mixed reaction section C and an air-flotation
settling section D. The tank is designed into a rectangle shape, with top sealed; the water inlet section, the conglomeration and air-flotation section, the
drug mixed reaction section and the air-flotation
settling section are arranged in sequence from the left side to the right side of the tank; the water inlet section is communicated with the conglomeration and air-flotation section through a water distribution wall of the water inlet section; after the treatment by the conglomeration and air-flotation section, the
sewage is communicated with a pipeline mixer of the
drug mixed reaction section through a water pump, and then goes into a baffle reactor; after the treatment by the baffle reactor, the
sewage is communicated with the air-flotation
settling section via an inflow
pipe of the air-flotation settling section; and the air-flotation settling section is divided into two chambers, namely, an air-flotation chamber and a sewage storage chamber treated in sequence by the conglomeration and air-flotation section, the drug mixed reaction section and the air-flotation settling section. After treated by the three sections, the sewage enters the sewage storage chamber through an overflow weir of the air-flotation settling section, and then goes to a sewage recycling
system through a
discharge valve. The conglomeration and flotation-sink treatment device for sewage produced in oil fields has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high treatment efficiency.
