The invention relates to an internal circulation hot-
air heater for vegetable fibrofelt. The internal circulation hot-
air heater aims to solve the problems in the prior art of easy
carbonization of surface fibers of the fibrofelt, nonuniform
heat distribution, poor heat permeability,
high energy consumption, trivial operation, easy generation of a fire disaster, low work efficiency, poor decoration quality and so on. The key points of the technical proposal of the internal circulation hot-
air heater are as follows: the internal circulation hot-air heater is characterized by comprising a
machine frame and a heating chamber, a heater, a fan, a blast
pipe and a plurality of cylinders on the
machine frame, wherein, the heating chamber consists of an upper heating chamber and a lower heating chamber which are closed or separated in the vertical direction; the inside of an upper opening of the lower heating chamber is provided with a supporting net for placement of the vegetable fibrofelt; the cylinders are respectively arranged on the
machine frame;
piston rods of the cylinders are respectively connected with the upper heating chamber and the lower heating chamber; the heater consists of a shell, a heating
pipe in the shell, a recirculating air course and an upper air inlet and outlet on the recirculating air course; the blast
pipe is arranged on a corresponding air inlet and outlet among the heating chamber, the heater and the fan to form a heated air circulation path; power supply ends of the heater and the fan are connected with a power supply; and air ports of the cylinders are connected with a pressure air source.
