A production method for a smoke extraction tube in a kitchen is disclosed, which comprises the following steps of: formulating materials by the following percentage by weight: 8-12% of magnesium chloride, 18-25% of magnesium oxide, 13-18% of gypsum powder, 13-18% of perlite or quartz sand or water sand, 2-4% of fibre material, 3-6% of saw timber, 20-25% of water and 8-12% of filling material; uniformly mixing the ingredients; performing press-moulding and one-time demoulding on the ingredients by a production method using an inner mould and an outer mould, and then drying; and in an integrated barrel-body type structure with a cross section which is a rectangular frame manufactured and obtained by the demoulding, the thickness of the wall tube of the barrel body is 8-15 mm, and a chamfer is disposed at the right-angled place of the inner wall of the smoke extraction tube. The smoke extraction tube in a kitchen disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being capable of increasing decoration efficiency and ensuring decoration quality, high in structural strength, level and smooth in the inner and outer surfaces of tube plate, long in service life, seamless, good in leak tightness, light in the weight of product, good in environmental protection performance, and reliable in fire safety performance.
