The invention discloses a double-fed
system-based electric induced draft fan
system of a direct
air cooling unit. The electric induced draft fan
system comprises an induced draft fan, a double-fed motor, an
air cooling island and the like. An electric induced draft fan is changed into a steam-
electricity double-drive mode, and the induced draft fan is additionally arranged to drive a small
steam turbine and a condensing device; and a motor is changed into the double-fed motor. On the premise that the working
power consumption of the induced draft fan is met, the double-fed motor is automatically converted into a generator state, the residual power of the small
steam turbine is converted into
electric energy and merged into an auxiliary power system, the power supply capacity of the unit is improved, and the
electric energy generated by the double-fed motor is 50Hz and can be directly connected to
the internet; and when the small
steam turbine breaks down and the double-fed motor operates as a motor, the rotating speed of the induced draft fan can be directly adjusted, so that the operation condition of the induced draft fan is adjusted. Through implementation of the double-fed system-based electric induced draft fan system of the direct
air cooling unit, all operation requirements of the induced draft fan can be met, the
station service
power consumption rate is reduced, the adjusting efficiency and the adjusting safety of the induced draft
fan in a future high-frequency sub-wide load application scene are improved, and huge energy-saving potential is achieved.
