The pipe walls are separated to form a reciprocal water channel in the outer pipe 4, and the other end of the outer pipe 4 is provided with an outer nozzle 5. A plug-in heating assembly 2 is provided at a section of the communicating end of the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 4 . The structure of increasing the number of inner tubes in the outer tube increases the contact area between the hot and cold water and the heat-conducting inner tube wall, further improving the heat exchange efficiency.
