benzene condensation liquid to flow to a
storage area, feeding the liquid to an extraction area at regular intervals, separating and recovering a super stratum organic phase extracted through the extraction area, delivering a substratum water phase to the primary alkaline washing area through a water pump, and recycling; S4, sequentially carrying out
activated carbon adsorption, mixed adsorption and activated
aluminium oxide adsorption on the alkaline washed tail gas,
drying through
calcium chloride, discharging to air, and accomplishing the absorption process of the tail gas. The absorption process provided by the invention has good
absorption effect on the rubber production tail gas,
high absorption efficiency, environment protection, less alkaline liquor usage, less
energy consumption, low treatment cost, high
