The difference is calculated by the formula of [Delta]L = [(a+b+d+e) / 4]-c and is higher than 0 and is less than 1. In the formula, each of a, b, d, and e is the average luminance on site corresponding the 1 / 16 of total surface from an end part of each side of an optical element, and c is the average luminance of 1 / 32 of the surface of a center part in the optical element.

The invention provides an antistatic PC / ABS (Polycarbonate / Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) compound as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The antistatic PC / ABS compound is preparedfrom the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 70 parts of PC resin, 20 to 80 parts of ABS resin, 2 to 10 parts of a compatilizer, 1 to 10 parts of a bonding modifier, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a bonding modification synergist, 10 to 15 parts of an antistatic agent and 0.1 to 3 parts of an auxiliary agent. The antistatic PC / ABS compound provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties, excellent bonding strength and high stability.
