The invention discloses an
engineering paving process for preparing a
sponge city water permeable concrete road by using steel slags. The
engineering paving process for preparing the
sponge city waterpermeable concrete road by using the steel slags comprises the steps of 1, preparing steel
lag road-paving blocks; using a
crusher to prepare dry steel slags into
crushed stone level, sand stone level and ash level steel
slag blocks; after raw materials obtained by
drying and crushing the steel slags are uniformly mixed with a curing agent, limes, a siliceous additive and water, putting an obtained mixture into a hydraulic
machine to be molded, and feeding a molded blank into a hydrothermal reactor to perform hydrothermal curing treatment; 2, laying a
water diversion cushion layer; 3, layinga stone
cushion layer; 4, laying a
lime layer; and 5, laying the steel
lag road-paving blocks, laying the steel
lag road-paving blocks on the surface of the
lime layer and then rolling the steel lag road-paving blocks. According to the
engineering paving process for preparing the
sponge city water permeable concrete road by using the steel slags, by recycling and reusing the steel slags, the steelslag
utilization rate is increased, a purpose of utilizing waste materials is achieved, the
pollution and damage of the steel slags to the environment are reduced, and the road paving material cost is reduced.
