The invention relates to a degerming book-borrowing cabinet which comprises a cabinet body, a degerming system arranged in the cabinet body and a dynamic book information detecting system. The cabinet body is divided into a storage chamber and an assembly chamber through a horizontally arranged partition plate, the storage chamber is located above the assembly chamber, and a first cabinet door is installed on the front side of the cabinet body and corresponds to the storage chamber. The degerming system comprises a dust removal fan and an ultraviolet ozone lamp row, wherein the ultraviolet ozone lamp row is installed at the upper end of the partition plate, the partition plate is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which penetrate through the partition plate vertically, the air inlet is formed in the position, corresponding to books, of the partition plate, and the dust removal fan is located in the assembly chamber and is installed at the position, corresponding to the air inlet, of the lower end of the partition plate. A new air ventilating hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the assembly chamber, of the side wall of the cabinet body. Books are internally provided with electronic tags, and the dynamic book information detecting system is installed on the cabinet body and is connected with a book management system. The degerming book-borrowing cabinet has the advantages of being high in automation degree, capable of completing book information management, removing dust, killing bacteria and the like.
