The invention provides a gear lifting tea dryer which comprises a
hot blast furnace, a
drying device, and a blast-supply device, wherein the
hot blast furnace and the
drying device are fixed on the ground, and the
hot blast furnace and the
drying device are connected with each other by the blast-supply device; a
chimney is disposed at one side of the hot
blast furnace, and the
chimney and the hot
blast furnace are connected with each other by a
smoke exhaust fan. The advantages of the scheme are that: firstly, gear lifting is adopted which allows tea to not be turned over during the drying process and avoids the generation of broken tea; secondly, the tea is removed together with a tea
sieve, and no tea is left in a tea-culture room, which greatly increases the tea quality; thirdly, the tea
sieve is synchronically driven by a chain to perform straight
reciprocating motion, and the tea is heated uniformly during
tea culture, and the operation is flexible and convenient; fourthly, the tea
sieve is directly disposed on a sieve-holding plate, is simple in structure, flexible for detachment, and convenient for maintenance; fifthly, the tea is dried by hot air, which facilitates tea water
evaporation, and the produced tea is more fragrant; sixthly, cycle operation is realized, wherein the tea is putted in from the upper part of the tea-culture room, and the dried tea is discharged from a tea outlet at the lower end, which greatly increases the
tea culture efficiency and quality.
