Method for increasing content of tanshinone in salviae miltiorrhizae roots through salt stress

The invention provides a method for increasing the content of tanshinone. The method specifically comprises the following steps of selecting salviae miltiorrhizae plants robust in growth, and conducting liquid culture for two months to make the salviae miltiorrhizae plants adapt to the aquatic environment; then adding NaCl into a culture solution so that after stress treatment is conducted for 8 hours, the content of tanshinone in salviae miltiorrhizae roots can be increased. By means of the method for increasing the content of tanshinone in the salviae miltiorrhizae roots through NaCl stresstreatment, a liquid culture method is adopted, NaCl is added into the culture solution, and the salviae miltiorrhizae plants of which the content of tanshinone is increased are obtained. After the NaCl stress treatment, the content of detected total tanshinone (tanshinone I, tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone) detected in the salviae miltiorrhizae roots is obviously increased compared with a control group. The average content of tanshinone in the salviae miltiorrhizae roots subjected to the NaCl stress treatment is 1.3 times or above of that in the control group. The content of tanshinone insalviae miltiorrhizae roots can be effectively increased, and the method is easy to operate and low in cost and provides technical reference for saline-alkali soil cultivation of a medicinal plant ofsalviae miltiorrhizae.
